Many of my career stops have been in newly created positions, where the
organization wanted to move in a different direction with new
leadership. Whether it was a new curriculum, new organizational
initiatives, or the need
to build an effective team, I was the resource
and facilitator that made such I presented ideas, built ownership, and provided talent and financial resources to accomplish the goals. Specific examples include: Developed and promoted new educational programs to Board of Directors in higher education, local Boards of Education, and State Department of Education Facilitated Community Advisory Groups Lobbied State legislature for funding for 3 years
